Nsure, Managing Director Of Business : Phil Bristow is planning to take part in the 'Outlaw Triathlon'.
A grueling challenge that features a 2.4 mile (3900 metre) open water swim, 112 mile (180 Km) bike ride and a 26.2 mile (42 km) marathon distance run.
Phil is aiming to raise £5000 for dizzy - support 4 diabetes and the Worthing Town Palatine Project.
