dizzy - director, Jools Chaffer has entered and been successfully authorised / now registered to take part in the Bupa Great South Run 2010.
Now we need your support, via fundraising and even attendance at the event! As Jools has never run this distance before and readilly admits he will need of the support he can get.......
Around 20,000 runners will take part in this highly popular run, raising £ millions for a variety of charities. The 10 mile course is fairly flat, (thank goodness) and offers a wide range of views and historic sites along the way, such as HMS Warrior, HMS Victory and the Spinnaker Tower. Along with the thousands of fun runners, club athletes and charity teams, will be a mix of celebrities and elite athletes from around the world.
