Supporting people to live well with diabetes is always at the forefront of our work. These sessions are designed to make diabetes management a little easier, while also supporting those with pre-diabetes through simple lifestyle tips, healthier food swaps, and guidance to help make informed food choices.
All participants said the experience improved their understanding of diabetes-friendly food choices, particularly understanding food labels, learning about sugar content, budget-friendly healthy choices and healthy swaps.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended today and Thank you Asda for hosting us.
We look forward to welcoming even more people to future sessions!
